Terms

These terms cover custom Minecraft plugin work by Lucio under the name Luvex. By accepting a quote, you agree to them. Questions: message me on Discord (Lucio.TD).

Quotes

• Every quote is fixed and in writing, with a price and a delivery estimate.
• The price doesn't go up if the work takes longer than expected.
• Changes to the scope after the quote (new features, different behaviour) are quoted separately before I build them.

Launch offer

• The first 10 clients pay €10 per plugin for Small and Medium plugins. Large projects always get a normal quote.
• Launch clients pay nothing upfront. You first get a test build, which prints "Luvex test build" in the console and stops working after 24 hours. You test it on your server, pay, and then get the final plugin.

Payment after the launch offer

• 50% upfront before work starts, 50% on delivery.
• Payment details are shared with your quote.

Cancelling and refunds

• If I can't deliver, you get a full refund of anything you paid.
• If you cancel after work has started, the upfront part is kept.

Delivery and source code

• You get the compiled plugin (jar).
• Source code is optional, for +25% on the price. Choose it in your request or tell me before delivery.

Bug fixes

• For 14 days after delivery, I fix bugs in the plugin for free. A bug means the plugin doesn't do what we agreed. New features are quoted separately.

Minecraft rules

Every plugin I build follows Minecraft's EULA and Usage Guidelines. Luvex is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
