Who is responsible

Luvex is run by Lucio, an independent developer in the Netherlands. For anything about your data, message me on Discord: Lucio.TD.

What the request form collects and why

• What you tell me about the plugin you want, your server platform and version, and your answers to the optional questions.
• Your Discord username, and a name or nickname if you add one. The username is needed: it is the only way I reply to your request and send your quote.
• A one-way hashed version of your IP address, to stop spam (at most 3 requests per hour from one connection). The plain IP address is not stored.

I use this to quote and build your plugin. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). Spam protection is based on my legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (article 6(1)(f)).

Reviews

After a finished commission I may send you a personal review link. If you leave a review, I store your rating, your text, the plugin name, the Discord username I sent the link to, and your server name if you add one. It is shown on this site only after you tick the consent box and I have approved it, and your server name only if you chose to show it. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). Reviews are kept while they are shown. You can withdraw your consent at any time by messaging me on Discord, and I will remove the review.

Who receives it

• Cloudflare hosts the site, stores requests, and runs Turnstile, the anti-spam check on the form. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots.
• Discord delivers a notification of your request to my private server, and is where we talk.

Both are US companies, so your data may be processed outside the EU. They use the safeguards the GDPR requires for such transfers, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

How long it is kept

Requests are deleted automatically after 12 months. Our conversation on Discord follows Discord's own rules. A draft of the form is saved only in your own browser until you send it, and you can clear it by clearing this site's data.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies and shows no ads. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not follow you across sites. No decisions about you are made automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to get it in a portable format. Message me on Discord and I will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
